Selected Work

Connecting French Fashion Brands with Luxury Watch Customers

A cross-category market and business development initiative that created new market opportunities for French fashion brands through access to luxury watch customers.

Context

KRAYON collaborated with a Hong Kong-based luxury watch partner representing high-end Swiss watch brands and major luxury watch groups. The selected French fashion brands were introduced through the partner’s newly launched luxury watch e-commerce platform, reaching customers across Hong Kong, China, and the Asia Pacific with a strong interest in high-end watches.

Approach

We carefully examined both the watch brands and French fashion brands, including their histories, brand DNA, past collaborations, core customer profiles, product ranges, and price positioning.

Based on this understanding, we discussed how the collaboration could create meaningful value for customers with a strong interest in high-end watches, taking into account their lifestyles and use cases. We then selected potential brand candidates, contacted each brand directly, explained the concept, and managed the negotiations through to implementation.

We also managed the operational process from product coordination and order handling to delivery to end customers. Each step was handled with care to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Impact

The initiative connected the brands with an affluent audience including entrepreneurs, corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, and established luxury watch customers.

Through this cross-category initiative, KRAYON helped the French fashion brands expand beyond their existing customer base and reach a wider profile of customers with a strong affinity for premium products.
